Dr. James Wade earned his doctorate from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine completing his residency in 1997. His Belleville office continues to grow and he welcomed the opportunity to open an additional location in 2007 in his home town of New Athens.
He is board certified in Emergency Medicine, and a Board Certified Diplomate of Family Medicine. Dr. Wade is a member of AMA, and St. Clair County Medical Society. He is the Medical Director of a local nursing home.
Dr. Wade is active in his home town Baseball Association which he enjoys with both of his sons.
Dr. Warner completed his residency at St. Lukes Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and then served 7 years of active duty in the Air Force.
He moved to the area in 1994 and started practice in O'Fallon in 1998. For the past 4 years has worked in Emergency Medicine at St. Joseph Hospital, Breese, Illinois.
Dr. Warner's special interests include Anti-aging medicine with emphasis on improving nutrition and hormonal decline. He resides in Lebanon with wife Robin and two daughters. Step-daughter Megan teaches near Bloomington, Illinois and step-daughter Mallory attends the University of Illinois at Urbana. Dr. Warner is passionate about architecture and landscaping - somewhat to the frustration of his neighbors!

Wally Glauber, NP received his B.S. and M.S. in nursing at SIU, Edwardsville and his Registered Respiratory Therapist Degree from Northwestern University. He also has a Family Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. He was the first Family Nurse Practitioner to graduate from any St. Louis Practititioner Program.
He started in New Athens in September 2007 after working with Dr. Neighbors in Breese, Illinois for 12 years. Wally is concerned about meeting the healthcare needs of the people in New Athens and the surrounding communities. Providing medical care in the areas of adult and pediatric medicine, general gynecology, and minor surgical procedures.

Dr. Rawdon received his residency at SLU in 1998. He is Board Certified, Diplomate of Family Medicine, and a member of AMA and ISMS.
He was born at Memorial Medical Center, Belleville, Illinois and grew up in Collinsville, Illinois. In 1998 he opened his private practice in the Metro East area.
His special interests include Adult Well Care, Sports Medicine and Pediatrics. Dr. Rawdon resides in Maryville, Illinois with his wife and their two children. He is active in his church and coaches soccer and plays softball.
Dr. Schallert received his residency at SLU - Belleville, Illinois and was a Chief Resident. He is a graduate of Collinsville Township High School 1987, SIUE BS in Chemistry - Graduated Cum de Laude 1991 and graduated SIU School of Medicine in 1995.
He grew up in Collinsville, Illinois and started his private practice in 1998. His accomplishments include Chair of Department Family Practice at Memorial Hospital from July 2006 until June 2008.
His special interests include wellness and preventative care and office procedures. He currently resides in Belleville with his wife Kim and their four children. His hobbies include soccer.
Pamela Van Bevern, PA-C, MPAS. Pamela completed Physician Assistant Program training at St. Louis University in 1989 and received a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska.
She joined Healthcare Physicians of Southern Illinois in March 2008. Prior to joining HPSI she was an Assistant Professor at SLU for 14.5 years.
Pamela resides in O'Fallon, Illinois with her husband Alan and their two sons. She is a pianist at the First Baptist Church in Fairview Heights, Illinois. In her spare time she teaches piano.

Dr. Samson is a graduate from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas and completed her Family Practice Residency at The Medical Center in Columbus, Georgia.
She began Family Practice in 1981 in East St. Louis and later practiced in Belleville, including 13 years teaching family practice residents. She opened Millstadt Family Medicine in 1998.
Dr. Samson was the 1991 Illinois Family Physician of the Year. Her special interests include Preventative Medicine, and Women's Health. She currently resides in Millstadt with her husband Donald and has three grown children.
