Dr. Hageman grew up in Belleville, Illinois and completed his residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital. He moved back to Belleville in 1999 to start his practice. He is a clinical instructor at Barnes Jewish hospital and Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Hageman lives in Swansea, Illinois with his wife Jennifer and two daughters.
Dr. Alba completed residency at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. She was a staff physician at Scott Air Force Base before starting civilian practice in August 2008. Dr. Alba is board certified in Internal Medicine.
She and her family live in Shiloh.
Tim Jenkins, LCSW, MSW - received his masters in Social Work from Washington University in 1988. He has extensive experience working with diverse populations and psychiatric disorders. Special interests include mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues and forensic psychology. In addition to providing individual and couple therapy in his private practice, Tim provides group therapy for forensic clients in Missouri.
Tim and his wife Julie have three children and reside in O'Fallon, Illinois.
Irina Polansky, PA - finished medical school in the Ukraine in 1990. Completed residency in Internal Medicine and relocated to the United States in 1995. She attended St. Louis University Physician Assistant School from 2003-2005. She began working with Dr. Hageman in September 2005. Her special interests include skin biopsies and knee and shoulder injections.
Irina resides in Belleville, Illinois with her husband, David and their daughter.

Dr. Shawahin completed his residency at the University of Chicago - Weiss Memorial Hospital in 1994 and was the Senior Resident of the Year. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
