Dr. Vest received his Internal Medicine Residency at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO. and his Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine. He graduated from the University of Missouri - Cum Laude and was a member of the Teaching Faculty at Barnes Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Vest was also an instructor for Physical Diagnosis, Sophomore Medical Students at Washington University, St. Louis, Missouri.
He is the former President of Medical Staff at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois and St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville, Illinois. He is Board Certified Internal Medicine and Board Certified Pulmonary Medicine.
Dr. Vest started practicing Medicine in Pulmonary Critical Care in 1980 and enjoys sports, sports and more sports in his spare time. His personal headline reads: "O'Fallon, Illinois boy returns home to provide critical care pulmonary medicine".

Dr. Dothager received his Internal Medicine Residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. and his Pulmonary Fellowship at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center, Aurora, Colorado. His Critical Care Fellowship was performed at the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah.
He relocated to Belleville and started his practice in May, 1996. Dr. Dothager is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. He is currently the Medical Director of the Sleep Laboratory and Respiratory Therapy Departments.
Dr. Dothager resides in Belleville with his wife Cathy and their four children.

Dr. Martinez graduated medical school at the University of Puerto Rico and completed his internship and residency at University Hospital, affiliated to School of Medicine, University of Puerto Rico. Finished Fellowship at Barnes-Jewish hospital in St. Louis. He was promoted from Intern to Resident I, January 1980 and Chief Resident in 1983.
He began practicing Pulmonary Medicine in Belleville, Illinois in the Summer of 2005; after being recruited by Healthcare Physicians of Southern Illinois. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine
and previously worked and maintained active licensure at the following: DePaul Critical Care Units, Little Rock, AR, Searcy, AR, Kennett, MO, and Mayagues, Puerto Rico.
He resides in Fairview Heights with his wife Ivonne, daughter, granddaughter and mother-in-law.

Dr. Awad completed his Internal Medicine Residency at the University of Texas in Galveston and his Fellowship at the University of Texas in Houston. He holds Certificates from: American Board of Internal Medicine, American Board of Pulmonary Disease and the American Board of Critical Care Medicine.
He started his practice in Belleville, Illinois in August 2007. His special interests include sleep medicine. Dr. Awad resides in Belleville.

Dr. Bhutto completed his Internal Medicine residency at St. Joseph Hospital / Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Little Rock, Arkansas. During his residency, he was Chief Resident of the Department of Medicine. He was Chief Fellow, Division of Pulmonary/Critical Care during his Fellowship.
Dr. Bhutto is Certified by American Boards of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine. He started his practice in the area in 2007.

Dr. Jamous received his Residency at Texas Tech University Health Services Center in Odessa, Texas and the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. His honors/positions/certifications include: American Board of Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Disease, Critical Care Medicine, and Sleep Medicine.
He began his practice in the local area in 2008 and enjoys Ultrasound usage in ICU settings and Sleep Medicine Adventures.

Brittany received her training from St. Louis University where she received her Masters of Medical Science, Physician Assistant Program.
She started with Pulmonary Physicians of Southern Illinois in November 2006. She is a Board Certified PA-C and a member of AAPA and IAPA.
Her special interests include pulmonary medicine and sleep disorders. Brittany grew up in Nashville, Illinois and did her undergraduate studies at SIU-Edwardsville. She played golf for four years at SIUE. She currently resides in Fairview Heights, Illinois and her wedding is currently being planned for November 2009.

Pulmonary Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Susan Keller, NP received her BA, BSN and MSN from Southern Illinois University. Her Post-Master's Certificate and Adult Nurse Practitioner is from Jewish Hospital College of Nursing.
In 1985 she worked as a Critical Care and Telemetry RN and in 1993 as an Adult Nurse Practitioner.
She has received several honors including President's Scholar at Southern Illinois University, Sigma Theta Tau (Nursing Honors Society), Phi Theta Kappa (Honors Society). She is a Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner, Certified Emergency Nurse, Cretified Critical Care RN (1992-2001). Other areas of experience are Fundamental Critical Care Support, Trauma Nurse Specialist, Cardiac Life Support Provider and Instructor Basic Life Support Provider.
Her special interests include Pulmonology, Critical Care, Sleep Medicine and Cardiology. Susan currently resides in Fairview Heights and enjoys music, art, nature and reading.
